Living, Entertaining, Pool and Outdoor areas:

The living area on the first floor is luxurious and spacious. Picture windows offer amazing lake and garden views from all aspects of the villa’s living space.

This living space comprises two lounge areas – with a fireplace and double height lake views – as well as a dining area with an open plan kitchen.

The lounge area also opens onto the outdoor seating area and terrace, which leads directly into the wonderful garden and pool. The 17 metre heated infinity pool has been built around a Maple (Acero) tree that is a feature of the garden and gives the Villa its name.

The generous outdoor area has been designed for maximum relaxation with contemporary sofas and an outdoor fireplace. This area overlooks the pool’s Jacuzzi area and is integrated with the indoor seating area, the pool and the barbeque, so larger groups of people can socialize and enjoy the Villa to its fullest. The garden is a wonderful entertaining space for all occasions.

All living areas have heating systems. The dual fireplace serves the indoor as well as the outdoor lounge space near the pool.

The Bedrooms:

The bedrooms are designed such that at least two families can occupy the Villa with reasonable privacy. There are 2 bedrooms each on the ground and top (second) floor and one large bedroom with a terrace on the first floor (where the living space is also located).

On the ground floor there is a large Master suite with lake views and a marble bathroom. A king-size bed provides maximum comfort and a luxurious seating area including a television. The bedroom sitting area also leads to a small garden.

On the same floor there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. This bedroom also leads to the small garden.

On the first floor (same floor as the living area) there is a double bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom with a large shower and an outdoor seating area on the terrace.

The upper (second) floor houses a beautiful small terrace with great lake, garden and mountain views, suitable for an aperitif or to relax on cool summer evenings before going to bed. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. The other bedroom has two single beds (which can be pulled out to sleep an additional 2 persons) overlooking the small terrace. This floor also has 1.5 bathrooms with a large shower and a walk in closet.

All 5 bedrooms have individual air conditioning and heating systems.
